Survey Manager

Job Summary

Applicant must function as a fully independent and competent land surveyor in land development and/or public works projects. Must be able to manage three survey crews and schedule their time with our clients. Applicant must be competent in AutoCAD and LDD, CivilCAD, Word, Excel and other programs as it relates to survey data collection and construction staking. Applicant must have good people skills as he/she will interact with clients and supervise others as part of a team.

Skills and Qualifications

• Approximately Ten Years experience as a Land Surveyor
• Managed a Survey Department for at least two years
• Registration as a Licensed Surveyor in California
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Superior Communication Skills
• Excellent Technical Skills
• Strong Team Working Skills
• Autodesk Land Desktop Proficiency
